Front of house staff positions available – Darwin Festival
Darwin Festival is looking for Front of House Staff to join our team for the 2012 Festival.
Front of House
These positions require a high level of communication skills, problem solving and lateral thinking skills and can be quite physically demanding. Working closely with venue technical staff, Front of House will ensure the smooth, timely and safe operation of performance venues. This includes ticket collection, providing audience seating assistance, responding quickly and effectively to direction, moving of venue tables and chairs and assisting the venue’s stage manager when necessary.
Front of House are the direct link for the general public to the Festival so the successful candidates will have immaculate presentation, an exceptional work ethic and an up to date knowledge of the Festival industry safety standards for working with general public.
Front of House staff will also manage all volunteers rostered onto their venues and the surrounding Festival area. There are Full Time and Part Time Positions Available.

City of Darwin Youth Projects invites young people aged between 12 and 20 years to apply to be
part of Council's Youth Advisory Group (YAG). YAG meets monthly to discuss and inform Counci on issues affecting young people, as well as organising and hosting projects.
