With an extended running time, bigger and better than before, Michael Bay brings you Transformers: Rise of the Fallen. Both increasing in numbers and robots, Rise of the Fallen is about the long and ongoing war between the Autobots and the Decepticons. The Decepticons’ leader wants to take over the universe by raising the Fallen and to help him complete his mission. The Autobots, led by Optimus Prime and Sam (Shia LeBeouf) share the same destiny to fight against the Decepticons and save all man kind and the universe.
The film’s effects and animation are a job well done; increasing the amount of fights and the detail in them. Extending the running time was not such a good idea as the movie felt as though it dragged on for too long. I liked the addition of the new characters and the intense fights. On screen we definitely saw more of Megan Fox’s character, Mikaela Banes, although her relationship with Sam was not particularly convincing.
It was an entertaining sequel and overall I would rate it a 3 and a half stars.

Darwin City Council Youth Projects invites young people aged between 12 and 20 years to apply to be
part of Council's Youth Advisory Group (YAG). YAG meets monthly to discuss and inform Counci on issues affecting young people, as well as organising and hosting projects. 
It was definitely entertaining with all the jaw dropping special effects and Megan Fox running around in tight pants. Not much in the way of story or character development, but that was a forgone conclusion even before seeing the movie.

Can I seriously ask how the hell did Isabel Lucas get the role for that random robot chick? Since when did Transformer’s transform into Humans?!
But yeah, unfortunately I yawned several times during this movie (and not because we went to a 9pm o’clock screen) and it was just tooo long.
It just didn’t work very well for me. I think Michael Bay just trashed this sequel. But I will add this to my DVD collection when it comes out.

I loved this movie! I was glued the entire time, I loved that it went for so long because there was so much to enjoy, it was huge, way bigger then the first one. 10 stars from me man.
